On December 15th, 2009, we will begin using a new telephone audio response system. You can access it the same way you do now, but please listen carefully because THE MENU OPTIONS HAVE CHANGED.

• When entering member number, the zero must be included. No dashes.
• The pound sign (#) must follow all entries.
• Dollar amounts are entered including cents. $100.00 would be entered 10000#.
• Press the * key followed by the # key to cancel any monetary transaction in progress.
• All transactions will appear on your statement.
